Connect in five clear steps

  2. Add Infyner MCP

    Paste the MCP URL in that AI’s connector / MCP settings (or use the download where available).

  3. Set the MCP URL

    Use https://www.infyner.com/mcp/infyner-research/. Leave email and password empty for free research.

  4. Optional: add Infyner email and password

    Same login as the website. This unlocks deeper company research when you have a subscription or bought that company’s report.

  5. Ask with a CIN

    Example: “Current directors and open charges for CIN U45200BR2006PTC012319.” Restart the AI app after saving if Infyner does not appear.

Answers come from Infyner’s company records - the same source family as company pages on the site.

No contact dumps

Director phone numbers and personal emails are not sent through MCP. Use Infyner’s contact products on the website for that.

Not legal advice

Useful for working notes. Confirm filings and court status on primary sources before you sign.

Not API keys

This is separate from Infyner developer API keys. Optional login uses your normal website email and password.

Common questions

What is MCP?

A way for AI apps to use helpers like Infyner. You ask about a company; Infyner returns research into the chat.

Do I need a password?

No for free people, charges and scores. Yes (Infyner website email + password) for deeper research when your account has a subscription or a purchased report for that CIN. See Financial MCP Server for what unlocks (P&L-style metrics, ratios and more).

How many companies can I research per day?

Up to 25 distinct companies per day (India time), whether you use free mode or login. Free mode is counted by IP; login is counted by your Infyner account. Asking about the same CIN again the same day does not use another slot. Need a higher limit? Email support@infyner.com or use Contact us.

Is the password my Infyner website login?

Yes - the same email and password you use on www.infyner.com. It is not a developer API key.

What is the MCP URL?

https://www.infyner.com/mcp/infyner-research/ - that is the Infyner MCP address (not the website home page).

Is this different from Infyner AI Assistant?

AI Assistant is chat on the Infyner website. MCP Connect brings company research into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and Gemini. See AI Assistant.

If something doesn’t work

Tools don’t appear in Cursor or Claude

Save settings, restart the AI app, and confirm the Infyner package setup finished. The server should show as connected / green.

Login failed / wrong password

Use the same email and password as www.infyner.com. Typos return an invalid login error.

I logged in but still only see free data

You need an active Infyner subscription or a purchased company report for that CIN within the last year.

ChatGPT or Gemini won’t connect

Follow the ChatGPT or Gemini guide. If your surface lacks custom MCP, use Cursor or Claude.
