Indian-law document drafting
Draft an NDA, offer letter or board resolution in two minutes
Infyner Docs auto-completes Indian-employment, vendor and corporate templates that comply with the Companies Act, Indian Stamp Act and the Industrial Employment Standing Orders. NDAs, offer letters, vendor agreements, NOCs, board resolutions, CA-format declarations - drafted in two minutes, edited in Word or PDF, signed via DSC or Aadhaar e-sign.
Why this exists
Indian businesses draft the same five documents over and over
An offer letter goes out every time someone joins. An NDA goes out every time you talk to a vendor or a customer. A board resolution gets passed every time the company does anything material. Each one starts with a previous version that someone search-and-replaced, with the same risk that something old got copied along with the names. The cost of that is small most of the time and very large the one time it bites.
Infyner Docs replaces the search-and-replace habit with a maintained template library. Every template is reviewed by a panel of Indian-qualified lawyers, calibrated to the right state stamp duty, kept current with regulatory changes, and exportable as fully-editable Word so your team can still customise. The starting point is correct. What you do on top is yours.
In plain words
What Infyner Docs actually does
Infyner Docs is a hosted document-drafting tool with a library of 80+ Indian-law templates. The library covers the document types Indian businesses generate most often - employment letters, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, vendor and SaaS agreements, board and shareholder resolutions, CA-format declarations, privacy and HR policies. Each template is filled via a guided form, exported as Word or PDF, and signed via DSC, Aadhaar e-sign or pen-and-paper.
Behind the templates is a panel of Indian-qualified lawyers who review and update them on every regulatory change. Stamp duty is calibrated to your state. Privacy clauses follow the DPDP Act 2023. Board resolutions follow the SS-1 secretarial standard. POSH templates follow the 2013 Act. Every template carries a version number and a changelog so you know what moved.
For a startup founder, Infyner Docs replaces the awkward Google Docs version of every contract you signed in the first year. For an HR team, it replaces the offer-letter-template-folder shared drive. For a CA or CS firm, it is a multi-tenant practice tool with white-label PDFs. The starting point is right. The time you save is yours.

How it works
From blank page to signed PDF in three steps
Pick a template
Search by document type or browse by category. Each template tells you what it is for, what stamp duty applies, which state it is calibrated to, and a one-line summary of when not to use it.
Fill the placeholders
Smart fields - company name, CIN, GSTIN, registered office - auto-populate from your account. Counter-party details, dates, monetary amounts and bespoke clauses are filled by you. Optional clauses (non-compete, non-solicit, severability) toggle on and off.
Export and sign
Word (.docx) for further edits, PDF for execution. Sign with DSC for board resolutions, Aadhaar e-sign for offer letters and NDAs, or print + ink. Stamp paper amount is shown for the relevant state.

Where the templates come from
Reviewed by Indian-qualified lawyers
Every template is built by a panel that includes practising company secretaries, employment lawyers and corporate-commercial partners. Updates are reviewed before they ship.
State-stamp-duty calibrated
Stamp Acts vary by state. Each template knows the duty for the state of execution and surfaces the applicable amount in INR before you print.
DPDP-aware privacy clauses
Privacy and confidentiality language follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 - data fiduciary, data principal, consent manager, breach notification.
Versioned templates
Every template carries a version number and a 'last reviewed' date. When MCA, labour ministry or any regulator notifies a change, the version goes up and the change-log entry tells you what moved.
FAQ
Common questions about document templates
Most are - employment offer letters, NDAs, vendor MSAs, board resolutions, CA-format declarations are designed to be filled and signed without legal review. Higher-stakes documents (shareholder agreements, M&A) are starter drafts you should still take to your lawyer. Each template tells you which category it is in.
Yes. The Indian Stamp Act delegates rate-setting to states, so the rate varies. Each template surfaces the duty for your state of execution - e.g. INR 100 for an NDA in Maharashtra, INR 500 for a service agreement in Karnataka, INR 200 for an employment contract in Delhi. We do not collect the stamp duty - you buy the e-stamp paper from SHCIL or use the state's franking system.
Yes. Every export is a fully-editable Word file. Many users start with our template, take it to their legal team for the first round of customisation, save the customised version as a private template inside Infyner Docs, and reuse it across the company.
Yes - through the licensed e-sign service. Aadhaar e-sign is legally valid under the IT Act for almost every employment, vendor and consent document. The signed PDF carries a tamper-evident signature certificate. Board resolutions still require DSC for filings with MCA.
You enter the gross CTC; the template lets you split it into basic, HRA, special allowance, FBP, gratuity provision and employer EPF. Each component shows the tax-treatment annotation. The final letter has the structure ready for the new joiner's review and acceptance.
Yes. Upload a Word file, mark the placeholders with our smart-field syntax (e.g. {{company.legal_name}}), save it as a workspace template. Anyone in your team can then generate documents from it. Useful for firm-specific NDA wording or country-specific consultancy templates.
Yes. The circulation note (Section 175 of the Companies Act 2013) for resolutions passed by circulation is generated alongside the resolution itself. We track which director has signed and when, so the resolution is deemed passed only when the threshold under Section 175 is met.
Privacy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 with the data-fiduciary registration, breach notification and grievance redressal sections in place. POSH templates follow the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, including the constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee. Both are reviewed annually.
Yes. Add the CA / CS as a reviewer or a team member with role-based access. They can see drafts, edit them, sign as auditor or company secretary where applicable. Audit trail captures every change.
The first 5 documents are free, no card needed. Beyond that, per-document pricing starts at INR 99 for an NDA, INR 199 for an offer letter and INR 499 for a vendor MSA. Workspace plans (unlimited documents for a fixed team size) start at INR 1,999 a month.
More from Infyner

Offer letters and increment letters generated in Docs flow into Payroll's master, so the salary structure is consistent.
Board resolutions you draft in Docs roll back into Compliance to support AOC-4 and MGT-7 schedules.
Counter-party CIN and GSTIN are verified inside the same flow, so the document signs to a real entity.
