Refund & cancellation policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Infyner's digital reports, data access, and subscriptions - including what we can refund, what we cannot, and how to reach support.

Digital product nature

Infyner provides digital products and services, including company reports, data access, and business intelligence information. These are delivered electronically through our platform immediately upon purchase completion.

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, standard return policies that apply to physical goods do not apply to our services.

Eligibility for refunds

Non-delivery: If you have paid for a service or report and have not received access to the purchased content within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team with your order details and payment confirmation.

Technical issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a refund.

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same report or service multiple times, we will process a refund for the duplicate transactions upon verification.

Non-refundable scenarios

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after accessing or downloading purchased content
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or information provided (as data accuracy is based on official sources)
  • Failure to use the service within the access period
  • Expired subscriptions or time-limited access
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accessed

We encourage users to review sample reports and service descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the content meets their requirements.

Cancellation process

Subscription cancellations: If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscribed services until the end of the paid period.

Pending orders: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or delivered, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel the order and process a refund if the cancellation is received before service delivery.

Automatic renewals: Subscriptions set to auto-renew can be cancelled before the renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refund processing

Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Payment method: Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway or method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

Bank processing: While we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. This typically takes 3-5 business days after we process the refund.

Payment disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have concerns about a transaction, please contact us at support@infyner.com with your order details and payment information. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

We recommend contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, as we can often resolve issues more quickly through direct communication.
