AI Assistant
Natural-language assistant for Indian filings
Ask anything about a company, tax rule or filing
Infyner AI Assistant answers natural-language questions over 23 million Indian company records, the Companies Act 2013, the Income-tax Act, GST law and CBDT circulars. Ask 'show me MCA filings of Infosys', 'compute Section 80C eligibility for a salaried filer earning 18 lakh', or 'summarise the 2025-26 board resolution AOC-4 timelines' and get a sourced answer in seconds.
Why this exists
Indian regulation is dense; most of it is search-engine-poor
Try Googling 'AOC-4 due date when AGM is held on 30 September 2025'. The top results are blog posts from CA firms, half of them stale, often contradicting each other. The actual answer lives in Section 137 of the Companies Act 2013 and the third proviso to Rule 12 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules - useful if you know that. Multiply this across the dozen forms a finance team touches every month, the half-dozen tax computations a salaried filer cares about, and the hundreds of GST clarifications.
Infyner AI Assistant collapses this into a single conversational interface. The corpus is curated - the actual sections, rules, notifications and circulars - not a Google scrape. The data engine is live - if you ask about a real company, the answer is real-time MCA / GSTN data. Every claim carries a citation. The assistant is not a substitute for your CA. It is a substitute for the half-hour of Googling you do before the call with your CA.
In plain words
What Infyner AI Assistant actually does
Infyner AI Assistant is a hosted natural-language interface over the Infyner data engine and a curated Indian regulatory corpus. It answers four kinds of question well: live company queries (directors, filings, financials, structure), tax computations (Section 80C, HRA, capital gains, surcharge), compliance look-ups (form due dates, late fees, applicability tests) and document summaries (annual reports, board resolutions, GST notifications).
The corpus includes the Companies Act 2013, the Income-tax Act 1961, the CGST and IGST Acts, every CBDT circular, every GSTN advisory, every MCA notification of consequence and the leading commentary across each. We refresh quarterly. For real-time facts, we hit the live source - MCA21, GSTN, CBDT - and stamp the response with a freshness timestamp.
The assistant is not a substitute for legal or tax advice. It is a substitute for the routine search-stitch-summarise routine a finance professional or founder runs dozens of times a week. The correct starting point, with citations, in five seconds.
What you can actually ask
An assistant that knows Indian regulation
The assistant is wired into the same data engine that powers the rest of Infyner. So a question like 'who are the directors of Tata Steel as of last AGM?' returns a real answer with the source filing, not a paraphrase from a stale snapshot.
Company queries
'Show MCA filings of Infosys for the last three years.' 'List the directors of Reliance Industries who hold board seats at three or more companies.' Live data from MCA21 with the source SRN on every line.
Tax computations
'Compute Section 80C and 80D eligibility for a salaried filer earning 18 lakh under the new regime.' Walks through every component with the relevant section reference, surcharge slab and Section 87A check.
GST clarifications
'Is RCM under Section 9(3) applicable on legal services from an unregistered advocate?' Returns the answer plus the relevant CGST notification and a link to the CBIC FAQ.
Compliance look-ups
'When is AOC-4 due for a Pvt Ltd whose AGM was on 30 September 2025?' 'What is the late fee per day if MGT-7 is filed 15 days late?' The answer carries the section reference.
Annual report summaries
Drop a PDF. The assistant produces a 200-word summary, lists the related-party transactions, flags the auditor's qualifications and surfaces any contingent liability disclosure that crossed a threshold.
Director and beneficial-ownership traces
'Who is the ultimate beneficial owner of XYZ Pvt Ltd through its holding company chain?' Walks the chain from MCA filings of holding-subsidiary structure and returns a linked diagram.

How the assistant is built
Indian regulatory corpus
Tuned on the Companies Act, the Income-tax Act, the GST law, MCA notifications, CBDT circulars, GSTN advisories and the leading commentaries. Updated quarterly.
Wired into the data engine
Live MCA21, GSTN, CBDT and EPFO endpoints. When you ask about a real company, the answer is real-time data, not a memorised snapshot.
Citations on every claim
Every factual statement carries a source link. If the assistant cannot find a source, it says so explicitly rather than guessing.
Privacy first
Conversations are stored encrypted and tied to your workspace only. We do not use your queries to train models. India-region storage, exportable history.
FAQ
Common questions about the assistant
A generic chatbot is general-purpose. The Infyner assistant is wired into Indian regulatory text and the live MCA / GSTN / CBDT data engine. Ask a generic chatbot 'who are the directors of XYZ Pvt Ltd?' and you get a guess. Ask the Infyner assistant the same question and you get the live director list with the SRN of the latest DIR-12 filing.
Every factual answer (company data, tax computation, deadline lookup) traces to a primary source. We surface the source link with the answer. For interpretive questions (case-law applicability, ambiguous notifications) we provide the relevant text and let you make the judgement call. We do not hallucinate sources; if there is no source, the answer says so.
Yes. Drop a PDF (up to 25 MB). The assistant extracts a structured summary, identifies key disclosures (related-party transactions, contingent liabilities, auditor qualifications, segment results), and lets you ask follow-up questions on the same document.
The corpus is refreshed quarterly with all CBDT circulars, GSTN notifications and MCA notifications issued since the previous refresh. For breaking changes (e.g. a new Finance Act provision), the team flags it in the assistant within one week.
For routine documents - board resolutions, NDAs, simple agreements - the assistant can draft a starting point. For higher-stakes drafting we point you at Infyner Docs, where the templates are reviewed by Indian-qualified lawyers and version-controlled. The line is intentional.
Yes - on the mobile web app. Useful when you are walking out of a client meeting and want to clarify a deadline before forgetting. The reply comes as text plus an optional audio summary.
Yes. Conversations are encrypted at rest, tied to your workspace, and never used for model training. You can delete history any time from the workspace settings; deletion is propagated to all storage within 30 days.
Hindi support is in beta - the assistant understands questions in Hindi and answers in either language depending on your setting. Other Indian languages are on the roadmap. For now, English produces the strongest answers because the regulatory corpus is in English.
Yes. Each plan includes a base seat count; additional seats are charged per user per month. Pinned answers, watchlists, saved searches and shared chats live at the workspace level. Individual conversations stay private unless you share them.
The first 100 queries are free, no card. After that, per-query pricing for low volume or workspace plans (unlimited queries for a fixed team size) starting at INR 999 a month. Enterprise plans with audit logging, single sign-on and custom retention are quoted on use.
