Open a director profile or Director Connect, then reveal. Each DIN uses one People Contact Credit. Previously unlocked DINs stay in Unlocked contacts.
Pack credits are added to your portal contact balance when you have an active Starter / Professional / Business plan. Otherwise they sit on this People Contact Credits wallet.
