Overview

The Company Auditors API returns auditor details from Infyner's Financial collection (Auditors_Detail) for a given CIN: signing member, firm, membership number and FRN across all available years (standalone and consolidate). No financial ratios are included. Charged 3 credits only when at least one auditor row is returned; missing company or empty auditors returns NOT_FOUND with no charge. PAN, address and document URLs are not returned.

Auth, limits & freshness

Auth: Send Authorization: Bearer <api_key> (pk_test_… or pk_live_…).
Rate / credits: Fair-use and plan limits apply; see your API console for remaining credits.
Freshness: Sourced from Infyner’s MCA-aligned company master; refresh cadence varies by dataset.
Errors: Errors return a JSON envelope with success=false and an error code (e.g. NOT_FOUND, UNAUTHORIZED).

Frequently asked questions

When am I charged?

3 credits only on a successful response that includes at least one auditor. Missing company or empty Auditors_Detail returns NOT_FOUND with no charge.

Does this include financials?

No. This endpoint returns auditor details only. Use Company Financials for revenue and ratios.

Are PAN and address returned?

No. Only member name, firm, membership number, FRN and FY dates are returned.
